A Dengue awareness programme was organized by the Red Ribbon Club of our college on 21.09.2024 in association with Primary Health Centre, Mathalapattu, Naduveerapattu.

   The programme was formally inaugurated by our Secretary Rev.Dr.Sr.Nirmala ,our principal, Dr.M.Susila Devi and our HR Dr.S.Chitra.

  The Chief guest gave the awareness about the dengue, especially about the various stages of Aeds mosquito and it's various stages of growth like pupa, larvae, worm, insect , etc.,

He explained about the symptoms of dengue fever, like continuous vomiting,knee pain, stomach pain,head ache and body pain and also gave the practical awareness about where it will be in, like breeds in water coolers, Refrigerators, flower pot, coconut shell and wasteges etc.
