The International Conference on AI and Data Science 2025: Innovate, Integrate, and Inspire is set to be a landmark event that unites a diverse array of scholars, industry leaders, practitioners, and students from around the world, all dedicated to exploring the transformative potential of artificial intelligence and data science. The thought of hosting this international conference came to mind as a way to unite diverse perspectives and drive impact discussions. Scheduled on February 10, 2025 at Immaculate College for Women.With the theme of "Innovate, Integrate, and Inspire," the conference will delve into the latest advancements in AI and data science, showcasing cutting-edge research and practical applications that address some of the most pressing challenges facing society today. Participants will have the opportunity to engage in thought-provoking discussions, attend keynote presentations from renowned experts. The conference will also emphasize the importance of interdisciplinary collaboration, encouraging attendees to integrate AI and data science with various sectors, including healthcare, finance, education, and environmental sustainability. By fostering dialogue among diverse perspectives, we aim to develop holistic solutions that are not only technically sound but also socially responsible. Additionally, the conference will provide ample networking opportunities, allowing participants to connect with peers, industry leaders, and potential collaborators, thereby building relationships that can drive future innovation. Registration and Opening Ceremony (8:00 am - 10:30 am)

The event commenced with the registration process, where attendees completed their registration formalities. The registration desk Mrs.S.Jenifer Gracy Liberalis Mary and Mrs. P. Jospephine Jenova Assistant Professor (CSA), ICW. ,was efficiently managed by the student volunteers, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free process. The registration committee provided a kit and an ID card for each participant upon registration.

The opening ceremony began with a prayer song, followed by the lighting of the lamp. The Conference Convenor, Dr. S. Chitra, HR & Head of the Department of Computer Science, delivered the welcome remarks, setting the tone for the event. The Presidential Address was presented by the Secretary, Rev. Sr. Dr. Mary Nirmala Rani, who highlighted the significance of the event. Dr. M. Susiladevi, the Principal, delivered the felicitation address, congratulating the organizers and participants. The Chief Guest Address was delivered by Dr. M.Y. Mohammed Parvees, Assistant Professor and Deputy Coordinator of the CDC, Faculty of Science at Annamalai University. As the keynote speaker, he emphasized the importance of innovation and technology in today's world. Other dignitaries, including Sr. A. Jancy Rani and Sr. Reji Nayagam, joined the conference to enhance its richness. The resource persons for the event were Dr. Naradhai, Assistant Professor, Sri Ragavendra College of Arts and Science and Dr. Patricia, Assistant Professor and Head of the Department of Mathematics,ICW.

The highlights of the conference were eloquently presented by the Conference Secretary, Dr. S. Saritha, Assistant Professor (CSA), ICW., who took the stage to summarize the key discussions and insights shared throughout the event. With clarity and enthusiasm, the Secretary recounted the significant moments, emphasizing the innovative ideas and collaborative spirit that characterized the gathering. This recap not only served to reinforce the valuable knowledge exchanged but also inspired attendees to carry forward the momentum of the conference into their future endeavors.

Call for Paper Presentations (10:30 am - 11:30 am)

The call for paper presentations was an opportunity for participants to showcase their research work.

The conference featured a dynamic session dedicated to paper presentations, which took place across three distinct venues, each focusing on a different theme.

Auditorium: This venue hosted presentations under the supervision of Dr. M. Y. Mohammed Parvees, focusing on the theme “Innovations in Big Data Analytics and Visualization.” Dr. Parvees provided valuable feedback and facilitated engaging discussions, creating an environment where presenters could confidently share their research. His expertise fostered collaboration and encouraged critical thinking, enriching the overall experience for all participants.

Smart Classroom 106: Led by Dr. Patricia, this session focused on the theme “Integration of AI Across Domains,” addressing both online and offline approaches. Dr. Patricia's leadership encouraged presenters to explore innovative methodologies and share their experiences, fostering a collaborative atmosphere that inspired creativity and critical thinking.

Smart Classroom 307: Dr. Naradhai facilitated this session, focusing on “Inspiring the Future of Education with AI and Data Science” and their applications. Her guidance encouraged participants to explore their research topics in depth, fostering rigorous analysis and stimulating discussions among peers.

Each venue provided a unique platform for participants to showcase their work, engage with fellow researchers, and contribute to the collective knowledge in the field. The diverse themes and expert supervision ensured a rich and rewarding experience for all involved.

Tea Break (11:30 am - 12:00 pm)

            The tea break provided an opportunity for networking and refreshments. The attendees interacted with each other, discussing various topics related to the field of computer science and application.

Keynote Speaker 1 (Online) (12:00 pm - 12:45 pm)

Dr. Sujatha Krishnamoorthy, Assistant Professor at the School of Computer Science, Wenzhou Kean University, Wenzhou, China, was the first keynote speaker. She delivered an insightful session on the relevant topic of Generative AI. Generative AI is a branch of artificial intelligence that focuses on creating new content, such as text, images, and audio, using algorithms and deep learning models. It leverages existing data to generate original outputs, making it a powerful tool for various applications in creative and analytical fields. The speaker emphasized the importance of emerging technologies and their applications across different domains. The session was interactive, with the speaker responding to queries from the attendees.

Lunch Break (12:45 pm - 1:30 pm)

The lunch break provided an opportunity for the attendees to recharge and refuel. Lunch was served in the college hotel dining hall, and the attendees interacted with one another, discussing various topics.

Keynote Speaker 2 (Online) (1:30 pm - 2:15 pm)

The second keynote speaker, Dr. S. Pushpalatha, Director of JG College of Computer Applications, Gujarat University, delivered another enriching session on a relevant topic. The speaker highlighted the importance of innovation and entrepreneurship in today's world. The session was interactive, with the speaker answering the participants' questions.

Valedictory Ceremony (2:30 pm - 3:00 pm)

The valedictory ceremony marked the conclusion of the event. The Conference Co-Convenor, Dr. J. Mary Ramya Poovizhi, delivered the welcome remarks, followed by an overview of the conference, highlighting the key takeaways from the event. The Chief Guest, Mr. K. Nazir Khan, Site Head of Airnov India Ltd (Colorcon Group), SIPCOT, Cuddalore, delivered an address in which he congratulated the organizers and participants.

The release of the proceedings was a spectacular event, showcased through an impressive video presentation that captivated the audience. Within these proceedings, we are proud to feature nearly 48 abstracts, each representing innovative research and insightful contributions from participants. This collection not only highlights the depth of knowledge shared during the conference but also serves as a valuable resource for future exploration and collaboration in the field.The book has been officially published with an ISBN number: ISBN 978-8-19575-844-9

The prize distribution ceremony was a highlight of the valedictory ceremony. The winners of the best paper/project awards were announced, and the prizes were distributed by the Chief Guest. The winners were congratulated by the attendees, and the prizes were a recognition of their hard work and dedication.

The Conference Chair delivered a vote of thanks, expressing gratitude to the attendees, speakers, organizers, for making the event a success. The Chair also acknowledged the efforts of the volunteers, who worked tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure the smooth execution of the event.

The valedictory ceremony concluded with the National Anthem, which was sung by the attendees with pride and patriotism. The ceremony marked the end of a memorable day, and the attendees departed with a sense of accomplishment, new connections, and memories to cherish.

ICAD 2025: I3 Conference - A Resounding Success!

The conference proudly welcomed 14 colleges, including 6 from outside Tamil Nadu, showcasing a vibrant exchange of ideas. With an impressive 124 paper submissions, the selection committee faced the challenging task of choosing only 48 for presentation, resulting in a competitive acceptance rate of 48%. This high standard reflects the exceptional quality of research, with a plagiarism threshold set at 30%.

Participants engaged in 7 online presentation sessions and 41 offline sessions, catering to PG students, faculty, and research scholars. The online format utilized video conferencing, enabling remote presenters to share their insights, while the offline sessions fostered dynamic face-to-face discussions and networking opportunities.

In total, 267 participants attended the conference, representing a diverse spectrum of academic and research institutions. This included 97 attendees from other colleges, 25 from various departments within our institution, and 145 from our own department. The book has been officially published with an ISBN number: ISBN 978-8-19575-844-9.The gathering brought together researchers, scholars, academicians, and students, all united by their passion for advancing knowledge and fostering collaboration in the realm of research.
