• The Career Gudiance progrmme was organised by Immaculate College for women, Chinnakanganangkuppam in collaboration with Don Bosco Vazhikatti, Chennai on 15-06-2022. The event was taken by Carishma Solutions and the Chief guest of the session was  Mr. Balu Sampath, Project Head, Carishma Solutions Pvt. Ltd, Chennai. A welcome address was given and then the session began.
• This is an Australian based Company and the session was completely about their norms and and information about the company. He also explained about the vacancies, eligibility for each job and then he clearly talked about the packages and much more details about it. Then an brief explanation about their interview process was given to the students. He also told the students how to prepare themselves for an interview and also how to behave during an interview.
• Finally, there was a discussion with the students in which  the students raised some questions to clear their doubts regarding the company. The prigramme was really useful for the students to know about the procedures and vacancies available in that company and the students participated in tha session very actively.
• At last, vote of thanks was given to thank everyone who contributed for the success of the career guidance programme.
