Observance: Every Month Third Friday
Time: 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM
Practice:
- Turn off all non-essential electrical devices
- Switch off all unnecessary lights
Purpose:The practice aims to conserve electricity, promote environmental awareness, and build a habit of mindful energy use.
2. FUEL ENERGY SAVE INITIATIVE
- In Commemoration of the Birthday of the Franciscan Sisters of the Immaculate Heart of Mary (FIHM)
Objective: Small actions lead to lasting change. Let us drive less and care more.
Observance: 16th of every month (in commemoration of the Birthday of FIHM)
Time: 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM
Practices:
- Avoid unnecessary travel
- Choose to walk or cycle whenever possible
Purpose:
To honor the legacy of FIHM by encouraging eco-friendly habits and reducing our carbon footprint, thereby fostering a culture of environmental responsibility.
3. FREQUENCY ENERGY SAVE – MOBILE FASTING

Objective: Disconnect to reconnect with nature, purpose, and memory.
Observance: Every 4th of the Month in Remembrance of Rev. Fr. Louis Savien Dupuis (Founder’s Death Anniversary)
Time: 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM
Practices: A
- Switch off mobile phones or enable airplane mode
- Avoid screen time and digital distractions
Purpose:
To reduce digital energy consumption, encourage mindfulness, and uphold the values of our beloved founder, Rev. Fr. Louis Savien Dupuis.
