Immaculate College for Women, Chinnakanganankuppam, Department of English, Smile Association conducted an one day Seminar on Contemporary Literary Theory (Eco-Criticism) on 23 January 2024 at 11 A.M seminar hall. The resource person Dr. P. Indhu Sakthi (Assistant professor, Department of English), St. Joseph's college of arts and science, Cuddalore graced the occasion and presented a seminar on Eco-Criticism. She vividly explained about eco literature and how to re-Read a literary work applying literary theories on it. The session extended for one hour and students actively took part making it an interactive session. After the seminar, the feedback session was held, where students gave positive comments on how useful the seminar was to their academics. And finally the seminar ended with the National Anthem .
