The sixth program was Math Expo which was conducted on 19.01.24 . All UG and PG students of mathematics participated in this event. Nine teams from 1st yr, 12 teams from 2nd yr, 11 teams from from 3rd yr. 5Teams from I PG and 8 teams from 2nd PG participated. Students exposed their own creativity and explained their models which reflected their knowledge and dedication.
The chief guest of this program was Dr.S.Johnson Savarimuthu, Assistant Professor, Dept. of Maths, St.Josephs College of Arts and Science(Autonomous), Cuddalore.
Finally he selected runners and winners in each class. Students were judged by mark basis with the following criteria: Innovation, Presentation and Explanation. The winners are Monika.E and Sivani of I Maths, Nandhini and Yoga Elakkiya of II Maths, Kaviya and Aruna from III maths, Vinothini and Kaviya from I PG maths , Hemalatha and Ajitha Reklin from II PG maths. The runners of this events were Monika.V and Abirami of I Maths, Kiruthiga and Thrisha of II maths, Thilagavathi and Lavanya from III maths, Mariya Delsiya and Sowmiya of I PG maths and Midhuna and Ramya of II PG maths. Atlast Dr.F.Patricia, HOD appreciated the students for their endless efforts.
