A Yoga programme for the first year students of Immaculate college for Women was commenced from 04.07.2024 to 12.07.24. The introductory session was given for the students and as well as they were given simple exercises as a warm up session. Breathing practices were given in order to drive their focus on the one thing. Emphasis were highly appreciated on their physical and mental health. Focus was given towards meditation and control over the mind and soul. They had focused on asanas, acupressure, and some exercises for the relaxation of the mental state. They have taught about Kaayakalpam, Shanthi and Deekshai. Students were given appropriate guidance. Everyone benefited from the sessions .
