The inauguration of the Chemistry Department Association commenced with a soulful prayer song, followed by a vibrant welcome dance  performance. Nivedh a
then delivered a warm welcome address,highlighting the significance of the occasion. The chief guest Dr. Michael Raj, Assistant professor, Department of Chemistry, Loyola college, chennai, was ceremoniously honoured with shall and a memento by the Principal Dr. M.Susila Devi and HR Dr. S. Chitra. This was followed by a report on the activities and achievements of the Chemistry Department presented by Dr. I.R. Celine Rose,who read the annual report highlighting the department 's notable achievements including successful events and students awards. The student representatives ,led by K.Nivedh a from II PG (secretary), K.Shalini from III UG(joint Secretary), R.Bhavana from II PG (Treasurer) and S.S Harini from II UG (Joint Treasurer). Dr. Michael Raj then addressed the audience,sharing his insights and expertise. The programme concluded with a vote of thanks and a rendition of the college anthem.
