A Faculty Development programme was organised for the staff members of Immaculate College for Women, Chinnakanganankuppam on 31.08.24. Rev Fr. Arockia Doss, Assistant Director, Don Bosco Kalvi Cholai, Thattanchavadi, was the Speaker for the session. He gave a clear view of the problems faced by individuals in day to day life. The session helped the staff to have a self analysis and rejuvenate each and everyone.   Some brain activities were also conducted , which made the session lively. The problems and challenges faced by the youth were also discussed  , effective remedial points were also said by the speaker. The faculty members were benefitted by attending the FDP and were trained to increase their Dopamine through the valuable suggestions given by the speaker.
