A Two-Day Faculty Development Programme (FDP) was organized on 24th and 25th July 2025, aimed at enhancing faculty engagement, understanding student psychology, and fostering a reflective professional approach. The sessions were facilitated by Mrs. Jasmine, an experienced Counsellor and Psychotherapist from Trichy on "Beyond the Classroom: Decoding Students" (Day 1) and "Cultivating Professional Activity" (Day 2). The program was effective in bridging the gap between academic roles and the emotional-intellectual needs of students.
