Immaculate College for Women, established on April 23, 2014, is a Christian educational self-financing institution exclusively for women. It was founded by the Franciscan Sisters of the Immaculate Heart of Mary Congregation, established by the Servant of God, Rev. Fr. Louis Savinien Dupuis. Our humble beginnings trace back to 2015 with 198 students, 10 teaching staff, 8 non-teaching staff, and 5 UG courses housed in a temporary building at Pudupalayam, Cuddalore.

The college has successfully completed 9 years, receiving recognition from the university, corporate sectors, and the public. Our strength has grown to 2,050 students, with 77 teaching faculties and 28 non-teaching faculty members. Currently, we offer 11 UG courses and 5 PG courses and our College has a vast Campus spread over 9 acres of land in chinnakanganankuppam with adequate infrastructure facilities and resources to run various educational programmes and administrative functions effectively. It has spacious building, lush green lawns, a big playground and fully equipped laboratories, air conditioned high-tech Computer lab with internet facility, parking sheds, Canteen, Seminar hall, Auditorium and Career Guidance cell.

The primary purpose of our institution is to provide education to underprivileged women, giving them a fair chance in today's competitive world. To nurture and develop the innate talents of our students, the institution offers various curricular, co-curricular, and extracurricular activities.
